8D Problem Solving Method

  • Overview:

    This 8-hour program teaches problem-solving, root cause corrective action techniques.  

    It also provides opportunities for participants to develop communication skills in the classroom by applying techniques to typical problem-solving corrective action activities in small break-out groups.
